On the beach you will find a rich gastronomic and leisure offer and a pleasant beach promenade. It is an excellent place to visit with children, and is visited in the summer by many families who appreciate the fine sand, the shallow waters, and the protection of the wave breakers. The beach is located in Ciutat Jardí, a residential area very well connected to Palma, which can be reached by bus. The name of the beach has its origin in the hotel Ciutat Jardí - built in 1922 and still functioning - around which the residential district was built. 

To get to the beach from Palma (5 km), follow the road signs. You can park near the beach. You can also reach the beach by bus or bicycle along the cycle path that accompanies a large part of the Bay of Palma.
