The creation of our vineyard on the Island of Menorca began in 1979, when we planted the first varieties of vines. With time and experience we developed and expanded the vineyard, selecting the varieties which delivered the highest qualities for the wine and that thrived on the islands unique climate.

Following years of dedication, producing wines that were enjoyed by friends and family, we built our winery and launched our very first wines to the market. In May 2004 we officially opened the doors to the public sharing for the first time the latest state of the art equipment designed by Lluís Vives.
