Beach Son Caliu

Despite its proximity to the ever-lively tourist center of Palmanova, Son Caliu is a quiet beach, with a narrow, white sand strip and a more urban section where you can spread your bath towel. You reach more secluded sections as you walk along the coast; from there you can discover a beautiful Mediterranean landscape and swim in clean water. It is an enclave for a time off the world and sports such as kayaking or paddle surfing. In the vicinity of the beach you will find various restaurants with a rich gastronomic offer. 

To reach the beach from Palma (13 km) or Calvià (7.6 km) via the country road, follow the signs to Palmanova. In the tourist center, go along Miguel Machado Street to the Avenida de Son Caliu - next to the beach - and park your car nearby. You can easily reach the beach by public bus.
