Cove Murada

In the back of the beach, the waters of the Torrente de Es Fangar are collected, forming a fresh water pond, visited by many birds. In the summer, the beach is visited by the families who enjoy the beauty of the beach and services such as showers, gangways for disabled guests and restaurants. Nearby is the Cova de Cala Murada, a cave that was driven into the rock in the Bronze Age, and contains three lateral niches and a niche in the apse. These niches were used by smugglers years ago to hide their smuggling goods. 

To reach Cala Murada from Manacor (21.1 km), Felanitx (14.7 km) or Portocolom (10.8 km) just follow the road signs. You can also arrive by public transport. The beach has a parking lot.
