Cove Varques

A deep indentation of the sea ends in this beautiful unspoiled bay, about 90 meters long, with fine, white sand with hardly imaginable turquoise-blue and light-flooded water.

The beach is bordered by low cliffs with no pine trees and shrubs without buildings. The coast of Majorca was less than fifty years old. The beach is located between S'Estany d'en Mas and Es Domingos Petits beach. Thanks to its unthinkable ecological and scenic value, the beach part of a natural landscape is of particular interest.

You can reach this paradise with a true Mediterranean flavor only with a boat or hike of 4 km - with suitable footwear, drinking water and some food. The access to the beach leading to the beach is on the road connecting Porto Cristo with Portocolom, after the turnoff to Cala Romántica. You cannot park on the path or on the road to Porto Cristo; so you have to park your car near the junction.
