Music to your ears... quite literally. The Teatre Principal Opera Season is one of the most important events of this kind in the entire region. Founded in 1984 by the Teatre Principal Foundation Choir, the only choral group on the island that specialises in opera.

The season includes a maximum of three major productions, another aimed at children, and two to three operas in concert version. The programme will be complemented by lectures and symposia with experts. The artists that have graced the stage of this festival include Joan Pons, Giovanna Casolla, Francesca Patané, Carlos Álvarez and Raina Kabaivanska, and many more.
