The Can Axartell vineyards are situated in a valley south of Pollença in the foothills of the “Serra de Tramuntana” Mountains listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, being part of the denomination of origin “Vi de la Terra de Mallorca”

Typical limestone soil gives our grapes their characteristic minerality and finesse.

The winery has built deep into an old stone quarry. The entire winemaking process is constantly supported by the natural coolness of the rock. The architecture of our winery is based on the gravity principle. The only way the grapes find their way from the vine to the barrel is by gravitational force.

All Can Axartell wines are produced by organic growth methods and gravity principle during the winemaking process which means mechanical pumps are not used.
