We will go through the vegetable fields guided by Pere, who will describe the showing, maintenance and harvesting of produce from the country. He will explain to you the distinctive features of the native varieties of fruits and vegetables from our fields and the benefits of eating local products.

While walking we can pick beautifully ripened fruits and vegetables directly from our plants and you can see first hand what “Zero Kilometer” farming really looks like.

After the walk, sitting at a table in the unparalleled beauty of the region, we will have carefully curated tasting menu. The chef will create delightful dishes made with seasonal products, reinterpreting classic country flavours with new textures and techniques, a combination sure to evoke bold and fresh sensations.
