Beach Port de Portinatx

The town is located on an imposing, craggy coastal section, where the Es Amunts Mountains with dizzying cliffs fall into the sea, between which open beautiful coves and beaches like this one. It is a natural and very wind-sheltered port, from which you can see picturesque fishing sheds and low, pine-crowned cliffs – a wonderful place to spend a day or a whole holiday by the sea, and tempting wonderful dishes of the Ibizan cuisine with fresh fish in the restaurants on the beach. It is an ideal enclave for family tourism. And if you are a hiking enthusiast, there are many routes to explore the Es Amunts Mountains. 

On the beach, you can enjoy the services of showers, sun loungers and pedal boats, and is an excellent place to enjoy water sports such as scuba diving on the sandy and rocky seabed. On the Punta des Moscarter, you will see the lighthouse of Portinatx, which guides the sailors along the rugged northern coast. To get to Portinatx from Sant Miquel (14 km) or Sant Joan de Labritja (6.7 km), follow the road signs and leave the car at the beach.
