Find your special placein a paradise of turquoise waters

Ibiza’s many kilometres of beautiful beaches can be enjoyed at any time of year. Someof them offer a full range of services as well as numerous opportunities to enjoy sports like kayaking, paddle surfing, diving and sailing. Others are untouched landscapes of singular beauty, dotted with old fishermen's huts. Crystal-clear turquoise waters where you can swim, marvel atthe sunset and soak in the cosmopolitan atmosphere.

If you like beaches with a full set of services and activities, Ibiza offers you several major tourist resorts centred around beautiful beaches, such as Platjad'EnBossa, Sant Antoni, Portinatx, Port de Sant Miquel, Cala de Sant Vicent and Santa Eulària des Riu. These have hotels, apartments, restaurants, entertainment venues, beach clubs and shops, as well as rental facilities for enjoying sports such as sailing, paddle surfing and kayaking. In summer, some of these enclaves are host to famous street markets and offer boat trips along the coast or to other beaches in the area. They are excellent destinations for relaxed family vacations.

There are also protected beaches with unique scenery just waiting to be discovered. These include beaches which are part of the Natural Park of Ses Salines, such as the beach of Ses Salines, a huge expanse of sand which attracts famous faces during the summer, and Es Codolar, an unusual pebble beach in an unspoilt, spectacular landscape. And to the west of Ibiza, also in a protected enclave, is the legendary beach of Cala d'Hort, dominated by the enormous islets of EsVedrà and EsVedranell and swathed in legend and mystery - a wonderful place to enjoy a day by the sea.

If you prefer intimate or romantic settings, you have plenty of options - beautiful, secluded beaches that make magnificent places for gazing at the sunset, with small restaurants or beach-side bars serving fresh fish. Ses Bosques, Cala Molí, Cala Gracioneta, Cala Saladeta and El Caló dels Moltons are all beaches with a maritime atmosphere and an authentic Ibizan flavour.

Nudism is welcome in many spots around the coast of Ibiza, including the beach of Es Port de Ses Caletes and the long sandy beach of Es Cavallet. And there are unspoilt, secluded beaches that can only be reached by footpaths leading from the interior to the sea, such as Cala Llentrisca and Cala d'Aubarca, with their crystal-clear waters that turn turquoise or emerald at the whim of the sun.
