If you are lovers of game gastronomy, this gastronomic event will definitely interest to you: the days of the Jornades Gastronòmiques de Sa Perdiu have become firm fixtures in the calendar of culinary events to raise awareness of Minorcan food and local produce among visitors and residents.
The event takes place in February, coinciding with the Fira de sa Perdiu partridge fair held at the Es Mercadal fairground.
